Corsages or boutonnières

Boutonnieres are a beautiful tradition. They are great to give to dear friends and family and make them feel special. It is a way of showing how important someone is to you or to your wedding and make them feel part of the ceremony.

In Western Europe boutonnieres traditionally are worn by men on the left lapel with the flowers pointed upwards and the stems downwards. Women wear a boutonniere traditionally with the flower pointed downwards and the stem upwards. Or, alternatively, they wear a wrist corsage. To ensure corsages do not leave holes or marks on clothing we make all our corsages with little magnets instead of pins.

Groom's corsage

It might sound odd, but a groom’s corsage is the male version of a bridal bouquet. It should fit seamlessly with the bride’s bouquet and both the groom’s and bride’s clothing. We make sure it does by using the same flowers for both items.

our wedding styling method

Bloemen op Locatie means Flowers at Locations (flowers for venues) in Dutch. This is what we have been doing since 2005 those years we have perfected our method for wedding flower styling. Couples often find it very pleasant and helpful.
