A venue is for an event similar to what a stage is for a play. It is a complementary instrument that can be used to create an experience. We believe that that stage should be inviting and inspiring. Flowers have the power to uplift a venue and give it a particular ambiance, freshness and vivacity. Flower contribute considerably to a guest’s positive event experience and thus to the success of an event.

Based in Holland (Amsterdam), the flower capital of the world, we offer flower styling service internationally to clients all over the world. Ever since 2005 Bloemen op Locatie specializes in contemporary and creative Event Flower Styling concepts. We are familiar and comfortable with event dynamics: irregular build up and break down schedules, short build up times, and how to make sure flowers “peak” at the right moment. We are used to situations where everything should be made ready in a short period of time, with multiple suppliers, working paralel, towards the same goal: creating the best possible guest experience.
We take care of everything
We always work closely together with our clients. Our event flower proposals always contain a creative flower styling concept taking the venue, colors, themes, desired ambiance, flower preferences, corporate identities, productions scripts, build up and build down times and budget into consideration.
Flower arrangements are almost always produced at our workshop, transported to the location of the event, put into place and given a last styling checkup. This guarantees a successful build up where we put everything into place without hindering the build up of other elements or risk of damage to the flower arrangements. And after the event, when all the guest have gone, we build down all the pieces and clean up.
